That is not right very few Americans are able to afford dental care, and meth addicts get free dental in jail and prison.
They don't get new teeth in jail. The dentists in the jail only do necessary procedures. Filling cavities, pulling teeth and not much else. They would not get dental implants or anything like that.
The Meth epidemic is bringing growing destruction to individuals, families and communities. You never use Meth #39;just once#39;. If you are ...
I was wondering the success rate, for a meth addict that has hit bottom and gotten into recovery. Do they stay clean or do they keep relapsing? Do you know any addicts personally that have tried recovery?
I am a recovering meth addict.Clean14 years.. Tough to do you have to be DONE WITH THAT SHIT, have to want a better life, have to change everything, and want something new for YOURSELF, once you (in your mind are done with something, )it is so over , you will succeed, the mind is very powerful.Rate of failure is high,Relocate , stop talking to meth users, all drug users, pick up another habit.Meth is evil, I lived in Fontana , Ca. now I live at the beach, live a new life, the old life is dead,I have to remember that I could be an addict if I let it happen..stay on my toes, live strong, went to rehab and it worked.Laugh at it all now, but would not recommend meth ever.Ate up 5 precious years of life..good luck
When i use to hang out with my older sister before she got too strung out on meth i noticed her and her other meth addict friends would steal the most POINTLESS things. I know you shouldnt steal regardless but what was their purpose? They would steal old christmas cards & ribbons and just stuff that made no sense. How would this benefit them any? I could understand them stealing money for drugs but cards and bobby pins?? And do ALL meth addicts steal anything they can get their hands on even if its pointless?
1) Theyre not even in theyre right state of mind to even consider stealing yet alone something of value
2) Theyre absolutely desperete, Selling anything they can get theyre hands on for their next fix.
I was looking at Faces of Meth, a site that shows before and after pictures of meth addicts. One thing I noticed it that they all seem to have small to moderate sized wounds on their faces. At first I thought it was acne, but they look like open sores. What is this condition? What does the drug do that causes this?
Those wounds you are seeing on their faces are actually places where they have picked at their skin and caused open wounds. It's not a condition, it's just from them scratching and picking at their own skin until it starts bleeding and turning red, causing those wounds to appear.
The drug itself is made from over the counter medications and causes your heart rate to speed up. This is called tweaking. They become paranoid, hyper, unsettled, sometimes combative, amongst many other things. The reactions people have to meth differs from person to person.
Some people don't sleep or eat for several days at a time and when the effects of the drug start to wear off, they become very unreasonable, tired, sore, etc. Some people even complain of pain in their mouths from where they have either chewed the inside of their cheeks and lips or from where they clinch their teeth together for so long that it feels like they have lock jaw.
I have seen too many people during and after they have been on meth and it isn't a pretty sight.
That acquiring the drug, money to buy the drug [due to unemployment or lack of consistent employment], and finding a place to use drugs and have sex are the realistic goals of the meth addict, correct?
getting the drug is all they live for.they do whatever it takes to get it,anything
Buy Cheap

PHEW. Last night, we went to the grocery to get stuff for me to make Potter cookies--okay, they're just cookies, but for this weekend, they are POTTER cookies. In the grocery store, it was impossible for me to keep my eye on him. One minute, he's poking the bags of marshmallows, the next he's at the end of the aisle. It's exhausting. The no bake cookies turned out to be a disaster. I'm not sure what happened. I've made them four quadrillion times, but this time, they just didn't come out right. They crumbled like no other. Maja claims I used too much oats, but I did what the recipe said, like I always do, and just...tragedy. *SIGH* I'm trying again today with the chocolate peanut butter chip ones, and THEY BETTER TURN OUT RIGHT. We also went to the Gattitown last night. AHAHAHAHA, what possessed me to suggest taking a three-year old to a place like that? It was uber-crowded, but OMG THE PIZZA....
