Okay, I'm a food addict and compulsive over eater and their is a meal plan for food addicts and i should've layed it out for you but, in essence it looks to be about 15-1600 calories a day. Now I'm only 4;11 but, for the program they want you to stick to this no matter what to discourage the compulision to over eat. Now I'm only 30 or 40 pounds overweight so how far will this calorie intake take me as i get smaller. If i take in this many calories how much should I exercise or is this too many calories for me

A weight loss diet will have 1200 to 1600 calories a day. So it sounds right. You should aim to lose 1-2 lbs a week, if you lose less than 1 lb a week, then exercise more. Walking for 30 to 60 minutes a day is a good exercise.
