How can I tell if my roommate is addicted? He says he isn't and only uses it recreationally, but that is becoming daily.

I also heard that if you inhale, snort, or whatever larger chunks it can damage your nose quicker. Please help with whatever info you can! Does it damage your teeth or is that meth? If yes, how?

almost clean of cocaine addiction and taking diazepam.help?

i have almost kicked my 9 year cocaine addiction but have terrible trouble sleeping which is having negative effects on my health. iv tried every remedy and technique to promote relaxation and sleep but to no avail.what seeems to work is if i take 15mg of diazepam 1 night and then go 4 days without to get it out of my system and then repeat the process so as not to create a dependency.this seems to work fo me at the moment.could any 1 who as experienced the same,ex addicts or mental health professionals have any advice or views over this please.mature constructive answers thanks.

Congratulations on kicking the habit!
First of all, make sure that you are prescribed your Diazepam and not getting it illicitly. Secondly, make sure that you are aware of benzodiazipines addictive potential (they are physically addictive as well as psychologically addictive).
Diazepam should only be used for the short to mid term use. What I would recommend, is that you take up regular exercise (such as swimming or running) as this can help your mind as well as your body. Next take up something relaxing, such as playing an instrument, yoga, meditation, reading etc, as this will a) help you relax, and b) give your mind something to focus on. Finally, try and get into a regular sleep pattern. Make sure that you stop watching TV or listening to music a good 45 minutes before sleep. Relax in a warm bath, etc

If recovered from long term addiction of cocaine, do former users still suffer the side effects? how long 4?

If you mean the nose bleeds and being neurotic it stops after awhile it depends on bad it was before you quit
